Can I Cancel Anytime?

Yes, we simply ask that you commit to a three month period when you start the relationship. We designed our services with small businesses in mind, and we understand that long-term commitments can negatively affect businesses that are just getting off the ground or in transition. Because of this, our mission is to provide access to executive talent while keeping our service affordable, flexible, and low-risk.

What are the billing cycles?

Recurring memberships are billing on the 1st of every month in advance. Preapproved hours in excess of the package are billed every Monday for sessions from the prior week. Our standard payment method is via credit or debit card, however, we also accept quarterly payments via check or wire transfer.

How do I interact with the SharedCxO team?

We combine custom in-house systems with leading technologies to deliver a smooth, sleek experience for our clients and team. Typically, our clients provide questions or requests for guidance via the online portal and from there the SharedCxO team coordinates internally to provide the best possible answer using a combination of screencasts, conference calls, and portal communication. Our team works best when the majority of communication is documented within the online portal, this keeps our entire team in the loop.
